Donor Programs committees, and as vice president, membership from 2001 to 2005. Aclimandos was elected President of AmCham Egypt in 2013 and served for two consecutive terms till 2017.

Freddy Kongolo is a results-driven IT Consultant and Co-Founder of Alegria Technologies, specializing in Cybersecurity, Identity and Access Management (IAM), and IT Infrastructure Solutions. With several years of hands-on experience across diverse IT environments, Freddy has built a strong reputation for delivering innovative, secure, and scalable technology solutions that empower organizations to operate efficiently and confidently in the digital age.

Freddy’s professional background includes roles as a Cyber Solutions Engineer, Systems Operator, Technical & Software Support Specialist, where he honed his expertise in system integration, network administration, and cybersecurity governance. He has worked on large-scale projects involving SailPoint IIQ, CyberArk, Okta, and Active Directory migrations, supporting enterprise clients such as CIBC Bank, HP Inc., and Daimler Truck / Detroit Diesel.

 

In addition to his consulting work, Freddy is passionate about data analytics and IT automation, leveraging tools like Power BI, Crystal Reports, SQL, and Python to turn complex data into actionable insights. He is also an advocate for digital identity and data security, focusing on emerging technologies such as Decentralized Identity (DID) and Zero Trust Architecture.

Achievement

Freddy holds a Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity from the University of Maine and an Associate’s degree in Cybersecurity from Southern Maine Community College. He’s currently pursuing his Master’s degree in Applied Machine Intelligence at Northeastern University. He is deeply committed to continuous learning, innovation, and helping businesses thrive through secure digital transformation.
